• The letter will be reviewed and registration in this category will be approved if compliant.

Registration Policy
• Industry Delegates: Contact EOCI, the organizing committee, directly for registration at cancto@eocihealth.com.
• Limited Spots Available: Register early to secure your participation in the in-person conference.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds Policy
• Until September 12, 2025: Full refund, less a non-refundable $50 administrative fee.
• Starting September 13, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
• To cancel your registration, please email cancto@eocihealth.com.

No-Show Policy
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
