• The letter will be reviewed and registration in this category will be approved if compliant.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds Policy
• Until August 12, 2026: Full refund, less a non-refundable $50 administrative fee.
• Starting August 13, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

No-Show Policy
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
